Try doing The Sexy Workout from Unisexy Fitness. It's fun and it contains a bunch of stretches and exercises to relieve Back pain. I work at the computer all day and used to have terrible lower back pain. My wife and I have been doing the workout everynight for a few weeks now and my back pain has disappeared.
