You can prevent cyber bullying by these steps:
1) Never give out your personal information such as your age, sex, location of where you live, contact telephone numbers,
2) Never meet someone that you only know by the internet.
3)Do not join chat room's.
There are no tips to prevent cyber-bullying, your best friend could turn around one day and start cyber-bullying you because they are jealous of what you have and what they don't.
There aren't necessarily any ways you can "prevent" cyber bullying, but you can stop it when it happens. If you feel as though you or someone you know is being cyber bullied, you should report it to your parents, school administrators, and to the officials of the site on which you are being bullied.
Bullying is bullying, whether cyber or not. And bullying is NEVER nice.
