use anti-perspirant/deoderant it will work the same on your feet as under your arms.
Never wear runners as they make your feet sweat. Wear good leather shoes. If you are a woman try not to wear pantyhose (keeps the skin from breathing) and if you are a man or woman and wear socks make sure they are cotton socks and don't have a cotton blend.
Bathe your feet in Epsom Salts every night (perhaps when you are watching TV) and as the other poster said .. you can use a mild deoderant or Gold's foot powder.
ANSWER:Get shoes or boots that breathe. They have sewed in holes on the sides to aide in air flow. Dont wear cotton socks, wear wool socks, even in the summer. Wool pulls moisture away from the skin and lets it evaporate. Cotton just makes a wet blanket. Talk to a shoe specialist about this.Unfortunately men have to wear either steel toed boots or runners for their jobs. Both make your feet hot. Every night when you come home, soak your feet in Epsom Salts and warm water and pat dry. Then use Gold Bond foot powder. You can also get insoles for your boots that will soak up the perspiration and they can also be washed and put back in your boots. Wear only COTTON work socks and nothing with nylon in them and includes dress socks. If this doesn't do the trick then see your doctor as there are creams that can help with this. gold bond foot powder I use my antiperspirant -vs- deoderizer. Spray form is most convienient, but I prefer the clear gel. Epsom salts are great for soaking, then dry off completely, treat with antiperspirant, then talc or foot powder after that. Also give your feet as much 'free-air' time as possible, and try socks made of different materials. Synthetics (Rayon, Dacron, etc) tend to breath more in certain weaves, but the natural fibres (Cotton)tend to absorb more. The weave or "thread-count" affects the air exchange, and the material affects absorbtion. Both affect the insulating value, which also determines how your feet heat up in addition to how busy your feet are.
Ummm sweating is a natural reaction from your body to keep you from overheating. I am pretty sure there is no way, or at least no safe way, to prevent sweating.
Don't move.
Use a good anti perspirant.
I've done alot of sports and hike with cotton Tshirt and stuff, bottom line, it doesnt prevent the sweating, it simply absorbs it and retains the moisture.. kinda gross to use on hikes
To stop sweating is not healthy as sweating is the bodies natural way to cool itself, but there are different things you can do to stop sweating so much. You can prevent excessive sweating of the head with some small adjustments to your everyday routine, like using an antibacterial soap like Safeguard and using a loofah (this keeps your pores clear so your skin can "breathe" and keep you cooler). You can also be sure to wear light colored, cotton, loose fitting clothing.
Avoid sitting or standing for long periods. If your job requires you to be on your feet all day, break up the time you stand still by walking around the office or taking a walk at lunch.
See a pharmacist for aluminum chlorhydrate.
Yes you can, to help prevent more sweating, dont bundle yourself up in many blackets, this will raise your temp.. just drink lots of water or apple juice
HIV does not prevent women from having periods. If a woman was getting periods before getting HIV, periods are likely to continue until menopause.
No, your body decides when your periods will be.
taking a rest or taking un-prescription drugs which is illegal so I'd go for the rest
it prevents vectors from breeding
