I don't know if you can stop it, but to keep her from damaging her bed put down an extra sheet or blanket. She is probably trying to make a nest, but cant because that material is attached to the dog bed.

∙ 13y agoMany pet stores now have sprays that don't taste good, but don't hurt the dog. If you put something like that on the bed and he doesn't like it I would guess he would quit chewing on it. Another solution is to give him a chew bone or toy to chew on. I am guessing he is a pup and cutting teeth.
