Assuming you mean so you can move it from one computer to another... Insert the USB stick into a free port, locate the file in question, and simply drag & drop it onto the USB drive. Insert the USB stick into the destination computer, then drag & drop the file to the destination folder (or desktop).
Simply upload it as you would any other file.

Put the USB Card into your usb port. Then go to your folder where u have your "limewire" music folder. drag it to your desktop. then open "my computer" there your usb card should be showing, drag your "limewire folder" to the usb card, and it should be there.
Put your USB in your computer. Have the website link open and simply highlight the link, click and drag into the USB folder. The next person to use your USB will simply click on this link or type it in the url bar and theyll find it.

Plug your flash drive into the USB port on the computer. If a folder does not pop-up immediately, go to your "My Computer" folder and find the USB drive there. Open the folder for the USB drive. Open the directory containing the music file and drag the file onto the documents and viola the song will be on your document
in the USB Port hole
