How can you reactivate automatic daytime running lights on a 2006 Toyota Sienna?

If You want them off and you have auto lights turn off the auto to OFF. But i would keep it on Auto because it is so much eayser to see during the day. Also if you have fog lights i would turn those on. They help alot at night.
