yes
Get pinnacle studios at best buy (60-90 dollars)
No you need the CD to do everything Whoever left the last answer is incorrect. You can use VLC media player to view/stream/capture from a dazzle capture card. Open VLC, click on media, open capture device. Select dazzle from the drop down menu's. Then select how you want to stream/record/view .etc It is more than likely that other programs can do this too, but most of the time it isn't worth it as the picture quality is far from amazing, and there is normally a small amount of lag. Hope this helps.
HD PVR Or Roxio...
no
You have to buy a capture card. There is a lot of different ones but if you are on a low budget, try pinnacle studios capture card for 35-40 pounds
I dont know if this will help you but it worked for me, I unplug the dazzle from the usb port i unplug the 3 cables from the xbox to the dazzle and i turn off the x box then plug the cables in plug the dazzle in turn the xbox on and hope for the best it worked for me just 30 seconds ago
In order to record gameplay on an Xbox 360, you need a capture card such as the Pinnacle Dazzle, and multiple TV splitters if your TV doesn't have an RGB in and out. Another possibility is set up a video camera in front of your TV at just the right amount away.
No. But it is easier with splitters
A camera, although I highly recommend you use a PC with a Dazzle DVC 100 Capture Card
no you do not but you do need a program to record it with
record studios
The secret that pinnacle (the company that made dazzle) doesn't tell you is that the regular dazzle and dazzle platinum are the EXACT same. They both do the same thing, in the same HD quality. The only differences are their color (regular is white and platinum is black), the video editing software that comes with them, and their price (regular is $49.99 and platinum is $89.99). You should only get platinum if you don't have a good program on your PC/Mac to edit the videos. So, if you already have a good program, and you bought dazzle platinum, you just wasted $40. I bought dazzle regular, since I have Sony Vegas Pro 10, and I can still record my DVD, Blu-ray, Xbox 360, and PS3 in high quality. If you don't plan on editing your videos, your decision by now should be obvious. THANKS SO MUCH IF YOU READ ALL THAT^^ I HOPE IT HELPED!!! :)
