It certainly depends on the reason she moved out but you could begin by talking and spending time together "date" and take it slow - see how things go. Don't rush back into long term commitment or living together. That will happen if it is to when your both ready again.

You may have broken the bond of trust you had with each other so you can either ignore your own faults or, you can see your faults for what they are and improve on them. Give your wife a month to herself so she can clear her head and make an effort to rectify some things you may have done wrong and then contact her and see if she'll meet you for a drink or dinner and discuss your problems and let her know you have changed (but only if you truly have applied yourself to change something she is not happy with.) If she agrees to a point then date for a bit and slowly gain her confidence in you back. Then you'll know when the time is right to ask her to move back in with you.
