How can you relief your stress?
There are many ways to relief stress. You can take a nap to calm music, make pottery, take a walk alone or with a friend, swim, jump in leaves, pamper yourself, make smoothies, watch cartoons, hang out with your pet, go outside for a short or long time, ride bikes with a friend, make jewelery, sketch pictures & creative write, bake cookies with a family member or friend, do arts & crafts, have hot chocolate & read in a comfy spot, focus on an activity you enjoy, play a game on the computer, listen to the outdoors, find shapes in clouds, play a board game with family, take pictures outside, or you can do what I do & take a long, warm bath to soothe you.
