it is in front of the driver side under plastic scuttle panel where wiper arm bolted.. lift off cover and remove plastic insert, wiper motor is in front of you now..
It is similar to the front wipers. See related link below for video. Look for where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook on the wiper arm. Press button or tab and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade a little bit.
You don't have to remove wiper arm. The wiper blade will slide out, It has a clicker in the center of the blade that you have to slide it out. Look at it very carefully
To replace the rear wiper blade on a Chrysler Pacifica, you must first remove the old blade. You can remove it by pushing the small blade that holds the wiper in place up, and push the blade back. Once the blade is free from the hook remove it. Put the new blade in position so the hook is in position to go over the wiper attachment. Clip it into position and you are done.

You can change the wiper blades by removing the retaining clip to the wiper blade arm. The wiper blade will come off and can be replaced.

You have to remove the rear wiper arm, which is simple. Pop off the cap at the bottom of the wiper arm where it attaches to the spindle. If you wrap your fingers around and under it and pull the edges out it will pop off. Remove the nut and then remove the arm.
