Run your system in 'Safe Mode' (hit F8 while booting up) and scan your system with an antivirus program such as Norton. If you do not have a program you can get a free on such as AVG or Avast online.

There are many other good and free programs instead of Norton. Here's my blog article on this same topic that goes into LOTS more detail.
