You need to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library.
That is the code for fuel system or O2 sensor. Replace the O2 sensor and reset the error code by pulling the ECU fuse for several seconds.
If the error returns, the problem may be in the fuel supply, such as clogged filter.
RE Tim's suggestion to go get a manual: I would suggest a Helm manual. It is about $50+ but worth it.

The ECU is under the carpet on the passenger side front seat (under the dashboard area where you rest your feet).
Timing is set by the ECU.
Have the ECU scanned with an OBD2 scan tool and then repair the problem. You can then try to reset the ECU by removing the negative battery cable for 5 minutes which may or may not reset the ECU. If it does not, it will have to be reset with the scan tool.
