well there are several ways that you can do this if you know who makes the locks you can order the key from them but if you dont take your car to a speciality shop for rims and tires and they should have a lock for about 10-15 dollars and last resport go to your local part store and tell them you need a high impact chissel and that will do the job just remember you are taking a bigrisk in using the last option because you car destory the rim so like i said make sure it the last resort A large pair of vice grips will sometimes do the job if the lock protrudes. This can sometimes be done more easily by first gently heating the lock with an oxy-acetylene or propane torch enough so that it expands, but not enough so that the lug expands. Takes a certain amount of finesse, but a lot of shops who deal with brakes and rims can do it if you aren't confident of your own pyrotechnic skills.
