Go to Windows Desktop and open context menu (right click on desktop), select "Gadgets" from the list. New window will be opened with available gadgets on the system. Just take "Calendar" or "Clock" gadget and drag it anywhere on the desktop. After you done, close this gadgets selection window.
When someone modifies their desktop screen on one user account, the changes made on their desktop does not show up on any other user's accounts desktop.

Left click your desktop background it will say graphic options or properties click that and click on desktop background then it will show you pictures of what image you can have for your background desktop. To have it fill the whole desktop there will be options center,tile,stretch or left right. Click on center and it will fill your whole desktop screen.
You press the button that has the Clock/Calendar picture on it. On the first push, the date will show. On the second push, the time will show. If you want to print just the date, then push the Clock/Calendar button once (showing the date) - and press the button that has the #/Diamond picture on it (to the right of the + button) and it will print. If you want the date and time, then do as stated above for the date, then push the Clock/Calendar button again to get to the time and press the button that has the #/Diamond picture on it. TaDa -
If you look to the extreme right of the task-bar - past the clock - you'll see a vertical bar, the same colour as the rest of the task-bar. Hover your mouse pointer over it, and the display will show your desktop. Moving the cursor off the bar will restore your original screen.
