You can show off your voice at school by joining the school choir and working your way up to be lead singer and you get to do solos and stuff.. it's really cool... I have just placed my audition for the x factor and it has been accepted!!
So that just shows!!
The quickest way to loose your voice is by either screaming, coughing hard, singing off pitch or even whispering repeatedly.
Well, I don't know if a single human voice can is capable of singing harmonies, nor do I know if a single human voice is capable of singing harmonies, but a single human using only his vocal tract can, in fact, tap into harmonic overtones, effectively singing more than one note at once. This is "overtone singing," as in Tuvan tradition. I don't know shite about music, though, and I'm just rattling off something I read.
Well, I think that you should just try your best. Whatever voice you have is your own voice to show off to others. If your interested in singing then you should get singing lessons. 1. Stand up tall 2. Breath in through your stomach and NOT though your throat 3. Don't smoke 4. Don't scream to much or your vocal chords could get permenately damaged. SING YOUR HEART OUT! ;)
Well is your throat scratchy or hurting? If yes: Take a pinch (or 2) of regular table salt and put it in your throat. NOT ON YOUR TONGUE. You do not want to taste salt. Swallow the salt BEFORE it dissolves. Then drink a glass of water. Try singing. If it doesn't work continue reading this answer. If no: KEEP READING. Okay, if it wasn't the throat issue, have you just began singing? If yes: Maybe you just can't sing. Maybe you just don't have it in you. Sorry. If no: Here is the BIG answer: You probably of that thick saliva stuck inn your throat try un clogging it. If no, have you seen a voice controller yet? Try that. If yes, maybe the song you're singing is for a stronger voice. I never had this problem, my voice is naturally good, maybe its the fact I am born on the same day as Elvis Presley (I am MUCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH younger, however.) So just see a controller, your voice may not be good enough for singing. Trust me I know this stuff. Source: Singing for 9 years, since I was 2!!! (I got permission from my mother to go on this. Its her account).
Anything by Kesha. (Tik Tok, We R Who We R, Take It Off) etc.
It depends on what kind of voice you have, how you sing, how you use your voice, and how you want to show off your voice.
i was singing since 1st grade i begged for my school principal to have a choir and now this Saturday i am going to an audition for a commercial and a recording contract. follow your dreams they will chase you some day since I was 10 years old. Some people who say yeah they have a singing contract and all that I got told that all before show offs really who can't sing and belive they can sing lol I dislike singing I have a good voice but I just don't like singing. The people who don't show off about singing are usually the one's who can sing. most girls say they can sing and there so talented when it comes to a audition yeah they don't get it. I've been singing since I was seven and my voice is nowhere near perfect. I love singing. I don't really like performing in public because I'm quite nervous and am self concious so... yeah. I started singing when I was seven.
The word curious is an adjective, along with nasal, as both modify "voice."
practice----with sibs, parents, friends. or by yourself enter the talent show at your school and show off your singing skills sing along to the radio or CD player OR without it on while plugging your ears to see how you actually sound while singing

It is not a show anymore; they took it off. I wish it was still a show though!

First off you need to have a positive attitude. Don't think about your voice or how nervous you are. Try a few days of singing in front of a mirror or singing along with some of your favorite songs. Sing in front of your siblings (if you have any). You could try singing along with her too, try harmonizing. And remember, it's your cousin, not a crowd, don't be so nervous! Hope this helps, good luck!
How about singing, showing off art work or even acting out a skit you made or something. ;^P
"Singing your head off" means that you are singing loudly and enthusiastically, you are really enjoying singing.
