if you mean the dash vents discontinue to blow out air when ascending a hill , then you need a new vacuum check valve . it should cost less than 10.00 dollars at the dealer..This is located under the hood. It will attach to the engine and to a black plastic vacuum hose that goes into your cabin. this is very common on all Chrysler vehicles.
