First of all, you need to determine why you want to take her away from her current boyfriend. If it's because you don't like her current boyfriend, or have some sort of rivalry with him, or if it's because you just like the 'challenge', then you need to forget about it. Be a man, do the right thing, and leave it alone.

On the other hand, if you really have feelings for the girl, try to become friends with her first, which will give you the chance to open a dialogue with her. You don't that would just be wrong. If you have feelings for a guy that is taken you have to learn how to deal with then and move forward as they are with the person they want to be with. If they were interested in you or wanted to be with you then they would and would not be in a relationship with someone else.
