1.if you have a new computer with a built-in webcam then you have to go into programs, and find the webcam, then open it, then you should be able to take pictures from there.
2.If you are using a fairly new mac computer then you just go to the "photo booth" program.
3.If you are using a windows computer without a webcam, then you first have to buy a webcam then follow step one.

∙ 14y agoIt sounds like you are talking about getting a "screen shot" -- a reproduction of what is appearing on your computer screen. One free program is called MWSnap, and can do that for you. The download page is given in the link below.

∙ 11y agoSome laptops come with Webcams (And the programs associated with them) already integrated into their systems. All you have to do is run the program for the webcam, and the rest is easy. If that doesn't work, you can connect an external webcam (Or even hook up a digital camera to it) and capture photos that way.
