If she hasn't talked to you yet, most of the times she IS waiting for you to make the "first" move again. You can send her a text if you don't feel like you're ready to talk to her through the phone. If you haven't talked to her in a long time, it would be awkward to text her, before talking to her. Or because you know she likes you, you can always ask her to a second date. Hoped that helped. :)
