The mint mark, if present, is located in the triangular area between the word ONE and the eagle's tail.
Remember that Philadelphia did not use a mint mark in those days, so if there is a blank space your coin is from Philly. Technically it's listed as just "1925" rather than "1925-P"
It will have the mark "P" imprinted
The p-block on the periodic table is the chunk of mostly nonmetals starting at group 13 that ends at the Noble gases on the far right side.
If it is a US dime, quarter or half dollar dated 1964 or earlier, it is silver. If it is a US half dollar dated 1965-1970 it is 40% silver, if it is a US nickel from 1942-1945 AND has a large mint-mark (either a P, D or S) over the Monticello it is 35% silver. There are some US proof coinage in modern years that are silver, but those should be in a protective mint case and should say US silver proof set.
yes it can be added, and for reason come to my country and come to me i'll tell you the reason :P

A 1922 P brilliant uncirculated dollar peace dollar is worth about $200.00. It is 90% silver and 10% copper.
A 1923 Peace dollar is very common and has values of $25.00-$27.00 in circulated condition.
The 1925 silver dollar from Philadelphia is a common date, worth only a little more than its silver value (0.7734 troy ounces - about $13.75 at current silver prices as of mid-October 2009) in circulated condition, and perhaps $20 to $50 in Uncirculated condition.
A 1928 US Peace Silver Dollar is worth approximately $20 to $130 if it is a coin that has been circulated. Uncirculated coins can command upwards of $600.
Philadelphia didn't use a P mint mark on $1 coins until 1979, so a "P" on a 1922 Peace dollar is either something that was added later or some kind of damage.
A 1922 Peace dollar is so very common that retail values for circulated coins are $14.00-$19.00 and a excellent uncirculated coin is only $25.00
Assuming the coin is circulated and has no mintmark, the 1922 Peace dollar is the most common of them all in any grade. A circulated coin is only $30.00 to $37.00 retail.
The only mint marks a Peace dollar can have are a "D" or "S". Philadelphia didn't use a "P" mint mark on $1 coins until 1979. Please see the Related Question for more information.
