How can you tell if a guy is flirting?

You can never tell with guys. They are so confusing. First they will appear to like you, then don't. It's very hard to decode them. First, try watching their body language. Lean in forward, look at you in the eye, etc. Then, see if he likes to crack jokes with you. Does he tease you but only to a slight point? Not so you're mad, just so he'll stick out enough in your mind. Touching? Does he find any opportunity he can to touch your arm, hand, or face (not like sexually). There are other signs. (Big one is that he tells you he does). And if he tries to impress you when your walking with your friends you will never find out so hang out with another group of ppl and he tries to impress you he has a crush on you!!!! And maybe if u have a friend that is his friend and he always askes her who you like and stuff about you, and when you ask her why are you asking she will say i am not some boy is.

i would say if he was talking to you like everyday and asking how you were then you have a good friends chance but if he is asking you what you what you r doing on the weekend and wanting your number you may have more of a chance.

if you like him and you think he likes you go ahead and ask him out and who cares it the girl asks out the guy, it just means you r not a wimp :)

If he is constantly talking to you, or making silly little remarks at you, or if you catch him looking at you a lot, he is flirting with you. He might pay more attention to you than anyone else too. Just smile back at him and go with the flow if you're interested! Feel free to flirt back too!

honey, there is really no way to tell unless we know the type of guy..every guy is different! also how old he is...

but the "classical" flirting signs are

- eye contact from across the room or whenever you just look up and he's staring at you

- if he tries to hug you or touch you

- if he is picking on you a lot, but sometimes it's just because the boy is a jerk...teenage boys are VERY immature and can be cruel too. if they smile when they pick on you and don't do it around a large group and he actually does it just around you it's a good sign ^.^

- if he goes out of his way to talk to you

- usually if they bring up the topic of gf's/bf's or relationships

but like i said....it depends...so just go out there and if you like him...YOU find out :)
