ABS came as standard equipment on the 95. It has ABS.
The easiest way is to turn the key to on. If you have ABS there will be a yellow light come on. It will say ABS.
There will be a two wire sensor sticking out of the top of the "pumpkin" if it has ABS.

your abs sensor light is on probably becuase the abs in one or all of your breaks are not working, take it to a mechanic so they can tell you if that is for sure the problem.
Get some speed up, then brake hard. If you feel the brake pedal pulsating you have ABS:
Rear wheel abs was standard equipment on a 2007 Dodge Dakota. Four wheel abs was optional. If you have wiring going to the front wheel bearings for sensors, it is four wheel abs.
Slam on your brakes. If your brakes lock up, then you do not have ABS. If your brakes do not lock up and you hear a knocking type of noise from your brakes, then you have ABS.
ABS did not come standard on the ZX2, but that was an available option. You can tell if yours has it by turning the key to the ON position but not starting up. If you have ABS, it will light up on the control panel.
Bring vehicle to a shop that has an ABS scanner to determine the problem
The quick way to check is when you turn the key to the on position, you will see abs as one of the check lights.
Look for speed sensor wiring at the front wheel bearings. If you have front speed sensors, you have abs.
