There are some tell tale signs that you may have had spyware installed on your phone. Strange clicking sounds on your phone during conversations can be one sign. ∙ 14y agoIt is very difficult to hack a cell phone. The only phones that are a little vulnerable are smartphones like Blackberry, Windows Mobile, or iPhone. It would most likely be demonstrating weird behavior. Your best bet would be to take it in to your wireless carrier (Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc) and share your concerns.
