Put the vehicle on a lift with the front tires off the ground and inspect it.
You need to check the vacuum lines for the a/c system for leaks, breaks and loose ones first.......
possibilities: axle nut undertorqued. lugnuts loose. bad inner or outer tie rods. bad lower ball joint. loose strut.

Check for a loose inner or outer tie rod.
Leaking? Pulley loose? Noisy? No coolant circulation?
A bent wheel, Tires out of balance, Loose Tie-rod ends- inner are outer, Idler arm loose. pitman arm Belt broke in tire. A wheel that has rust or something between it and the rotor when it was put on.
Wheel hub troubleshootI had a little trouble removing the wheel hub on my 2000 Windstar. Be sure to give it a good spray of WD-40. I believe there is 3 bolts you will have to remove and from there take yourself a mallet and hit from behind a few times should come loose. It could be worn struts, worn bushings, worn ball joints or tie rods. Just jack it up and find out which parts are loose.
The year, make and model info would help.But it could be,worn CV joints in the front axles,a tire rubbing on a loose plastic inner fender,
alternator is not charging battery, or loose - corroded connection on battery cables
