How can you tell someone to stop bothering you when they are texting you and calling you all the times without being rude to them?

Just tell this person you need some time to yourself. Its nothing personal, but you want to have some time with your friends, or by yourself. If That doesnt work, and this person keeps texting you, you may need to switch off your phone and talk to them tomorow. If they get upset, You may need to forget about them. They obviously don't trust you enough to leave you alone for a few minutes, and that isn't a healthy relationship. Sorry, but its the truth.
