Ask her. Then look for behavioral signs. If she flat out says no it could mean yes. If she sais yes it could mean "no but I don't want to hurt your feelings."
You really need to have a feel for when people are telling the truth using this method.
you could always just use a polygraph machine.

∙ 13y agoIf a girl doesn't want to be in a relationship with you then she will reply to you in short texts/ one word responses, make up excuses for not being able to spend time with you, if you notice someone else has started to catch her eye, she avoids you and finally she says she wants to be friends.
