By the way he acts. If you know that he flirts with you and YOU KNOW that he likes you. Then what can I say it sounds like he has a decision to make. This is what I would do. If you like him # Do you like him in return. # If you do then decide if you are she is better for him. # If you choose yourself then try to think of ways to perswayed him into falling in love with you. P.S. That is your decision to make.
