Start standing up with your arms at your sides. Then squat down slowly to the point that your upper leg makes a 90 degree angle with your lower leg. Stand back up, slowly. Slowly is by far the best for muscle toning.
Work your way up to 50 or 60 of these every other day, and you should see results after about 5 or 6 weeks. Keep the exercise going for the rest of your life if you want to keep your glutes (bottom muscles) nicely toned.
