You can not "turn" anorexic, it is a disease not a diet. Please don't even try go down that path and involve yourself in anorexic behaviors. It is not worth it. Do you want to be a walking zombie? I'm not even a stick yet but my hair is falling out my teeth are horrible I have no energy bags under my eyes horrible nails and lots of other things and I'm not even at my goal weight yet. I can hardly make it through training. I almost pass it every time. It is not worth it.
You are beautiful just the way you are and don't let anyway tell you otherwise.
(ps throwing up is more of a bulimic behavior.)
