if you are using windows 7 or higher(maybe vista) you can click on the start button and find a program called snipping tool
You can resize image, cut unwanted parts of image with crop tool, or cut at some specific proportions you need for purpose of image.

Using Crop tool you can crop image and increase resolution. Within Itunes you should be able to rename your photos, but I'm not sure you can do it right on the ipad its self.

You can crop a picture in mspaint by selecting the whole picture, moving it with the mouse so that the top/left of the cropped image arrives at the right position, than change the image attributes to reduce the whole size. Another workflow is described in the related links.
Unfortunately, the icons can not be made bigger on the Blackberry Curve. However, the font can be changed by going into the settings and choosing keyboard.

The main use for art projectors is for different types of presentations. An art projector is a useful tool for projection of photos and videos on the screen.
Have you tried to use windows search tool just click start ->search for photos/videos. This will search your haddrive for photos, you can then sort the photos by date and that should bring em up for you.
