If you don't know how to write, perhaps you shouldn't bother requesting a transcript; it's not likely to show anything good anyway.
I'm not sure I understand what the difficulty is. You write a letter to your high school (probably care of the guidance counselor's office) and ask them to send you a transcript. You might also ask if there's any fee associated with this. If that's too complicated for you to figure out, try calling them instead.
