If you have climate control check the blower module. The power wire mounted on it's circuit board overheats. The module is located on the firewall under the glove box. Check module and see if the power wire is burnt. You can get an repair kit from the dealer to fix it.
Check the fuse. Check the blower speed resistor. Check the blower speed control switch.
Check your servos.
The first thing that you need to check is to make sure that the blower motor has power and ground and after that check the fuse and the control panel..............
Better check your title. Jeep doesn't make the"Jimmy". Jimmy is made by GMC, The blower control module on a GMC Jimmy is located in the heater unit which is a plastic housing located on the left (passenger) side of the firewall. However, Jimmys are noted for bad connections on the module plug , the motor plug, & some have another plug that goes bad regularly to the rear of the left fender well. You would be wise to check those connections before buying parts. Good luck.
If you are saying the blower motor will not work, then check the fuse. If the fuse is not blown, then it is possibly a defective Blower Motor Resistor Pack, blower motor, or blower motor speed control switch, in that order. If you are saying the blower motor will not work, then check the fuse. The blower motor control unit is located on the back of the blower motor. 1. Check fuse. 2. Turn on heat and check for voltage at blower motor. Found voltage replace blower. 3. Check for supply power from the fuse on the red wire going to the blower control unit. 4. Check for a good ground on the black wire on the control unit. 5. Check for control power on the yellow wire from the climate control unit. When you select a fan speed (or the unit selects a speed in auto mode) a voltage that ranges from .4 - 9 volts is sent down the yellow wire to the blower motor control unit. 6. If all these checks are good than change the blower motor control unit. Hope this helps.
Check your fuses. There is a separate fuse for high speed.
