How come on Roblox this one model of zombies i found on free models it won't let me delete it?

If you cannot select an item on Roblox it is probably locked. To unlock a model on Roblox first click the lock icon on the toolbar at the top of the screen. Then click the item you want to unlock, and click the mouse icon on the toolbar to return to building.

My friend showed me that the Roblox file was a hidden file which ment he couldn't delete it until he found the file and hit delete instead of having it be found automatically. Why was it hidden?
Your computer must have catagorized it as something hidden and put it in that place.
