It's long been known that cooking does greatly decrease the vitamin/mineral/enzyme content of many foods. For example, important antioxidants like Vitamin C and folate can be destroyed by heat,it is also well known that sometimes if a male foots you in the dot then you will feel great pain, it is also what will happen to you if you do not shut yo pie hole.
