Hold the off/ on button at the top of the iPod touch and the home button at the same time until you see the apple logo appear, when the turn off screen comes on do not let go keep holding the home and power button until the apple logo apears, once you see it the apple logo, let go, your home page will then appear, you apps pics etc will not be deleted
