Unfortunately, the only way possible to crack winrar files is a brute force cracker. The disadvantages of this is that a brute force cracker uses a set of "dictionary words" and tries each one until it finds one that works. This process is first, time consuming, and second, doesn't alway work. If the actual password is not in the dictionary list the cracker uses, it won't find it.
