Some animals such as deer eat apple. Their bodies do not digest the seeds which pass in their excrement. The excrement acts as a fertilizer for the seeds and allows them to grow into trees.
they eat it it comes out the other end someplace else
Seeds help plants in dispersal and propagation
Can grow more plants and help nature.
Bats eat a lot of insects, and many insects damage plants and trees. Edited answer: Bats help in the dispersal of seeds
Name ten fruit bearing plants their agent which seeds are dispersed and parts of seeds which help in dispersed.
the seeds drift away in the water
the seeds drift away in the water
Fruits are designed to protect the maturing seeds and help with the dispersal (spreading) of seeds after they have matured. If seeds were not spread over a large area, they would be stunted from the competition with each other. The type of fruit determines whether the seed are scattered by mechanical dispersal or by agent dispersal. Mechanical dispersal occurs when the ripened fruit bursts open and scatters the seeds some distance from the plant. Agent dispersal occurs or in this case birds and many other animals become dispersal agents by feeding on fleshy fruits like blueberries, raspberries, and black berries. Many of the seeds pass throguh an animals's digestive sistem unharmed or are dropped by the animal before being eaten; consequently, the seed may be sccattered far from the parent plant.
There are two functions of a fruit 1. To protect and nourish the developing seeds inside the fruit 2. To help is the dispersal of these seeds Sometimes, as in case of grains and nuts, the mature fruit wall also protect the germinating seed.
Animals eat fruit and pass the seeds through the digestive system, which helps break down the seed coat and induces germination of the seed. Animals transport seeds that are stuck to their fur/feathers. Animals shake/ruffle about plants which causes seeds to fall from the tree/plant.
money trees and party trees
This is so the plants seeds can hook on to something like a humans clothes or an animals fur and get transported to another area where they can start to grow.
allows for dispersal to prevent overcrowding and to find more suitable habitat. seed dormancy allows for a 'hibernating' type state for many years, which is broken when environment is more suitable eg temperature, moister and heat.
