Adolf Hitler was able to convince all the Germans that they were the Superior race and that most of all people of Jewish heritage were evil and a bad race and they needed to be exterminated. So under Hitlers power Germans began to attack countries without warning catching them off guard and taking more and more land and rounding up Jews bringing thing to camps where they were killed. Hitler was also against the retarded.

Adolf Hitler and his policies were able to cause such total devastation in Europe because he used every one and every resource to pursue his personal vision; a vision that had little basis in reality. He saw himself as the creator, the master of this vision with the whole world to hale and admire his achievement. He invented a source to blame for the country's hardships of that time and invented a 'cure' for the problem. He looked for vulnerable groups to become the slaves to help build his dream, or eliminate and take all of their land and their property. Hitler was able to gain much support for his goal because, in the short term, his methods succeeded; well at least he had the public charisma to make it appear successful. Hitler had very little wisdom or foresight and gained initial power through subterfuge and lies (burning the Reichstag and murdering key officials), a policy doomed to failure in the long term. When all of the people and resources of Germany were exhausted, Hitler committed suicide. A common ending for family annihilators and other criminals to avoid facing who they really are and what they have done.
