Mahatma Gandhi had views that India should be free from the British rule, the discrimination, the disgrace, and from the taking away the wealth of India. He did this with a single minded view of bringing Independence to India by using the strength of words- no VIOLENCE USED. He did this by protesting and leading march groups in front of the British soldiers especially when there were huge massacres. He also tried to prevent the fight between Muslims and Hindu's, which the British were encouraging (just like North and South Korea). He was a powerful figure and spoke well to all of India to stand up. Due to his will power and sheer hope India won Independence. Although he could not bring back the lost treasures of India, he still kept alive their hope and pride.
