Many people in Germany viewed Hitler as there last hope.
Many lived in poverty and Propaganda persuaded them to believe Hitler was the only one who could save them.
The ones who were captured were probably angry and hated him while the ones were left alone were probably relieved, nervous, and scared.
The German president, Paul von Hindenburg, detested Hitler and referred to him disparagingly as "der böhmische Gefreite" (the Bohemian corporal).
Unite the various German states Bringing together independent states.Nationalism also played a significant role in Germany after World War One during the Weimar Republic and the years after it fell. Support for Hitler, fascism and the Brown Shirts among most citizens were not simply based on wanting to join the Nazi Party or because most citizens were fascists. The support was based on "nationalism". The German people believed that Germany had been discredited by the Treaty of Versailles. So as an example, the march of the German army into the Rhineland was supported from a nationalist view, not because of any tenets involved with fascism.

Adolf Hitler would eliminate potential threats to him personally. He assembled an army that succeeded in destroying a race that was a potential threat to Germany's economy (Jewish). And when the Allies became a threat to him, he went to war.
In Germany Hitler is viewed as a villain and any piece of literature or anything else that has to do with Hitler or the Nazi Party is considered illegal. In the United States Hitler isn't illegal to talk about or read about like in Germany, but it is looked down to follow his ideas upon due to the United States cultural diversity.

It is normally not possible to travel on an expired passport. In view of current concerns about security on international flights, I would be astonished if you would even be allowed to board a plane (on an international flight) with an invalid passport. Enquire locally, but you would be well advised to renew your passport.
The grotesque little man was a disaster for Germany. He led Germany into an abyss and ruined its reputation. From a material point of view, West Germany benefited from Marshall Aid and of course from the Cold War.
The Hitler Pages has many pictures of Hitler with his staff and others on their website. There are many noted and dated pictures of Hitler in France, Belgium and Germany which one could view. History books are also a great source for pictures on the war and Hitler.

Adolf Hitler's hatred of communists was both the result of his experience and of his theorizing. Practically speaking, they were among the fiercest opponents of Hitler's Nazi party in the years leading up to the Nazi takeover of Germany. Theoretically, Communism was in Hitler's view a "Jewish-Bolshevik" conspiracy that threatened civilization: if not crushed, not only would the German people fail to have the "living-space" which they require for flourishing; the entire world would be at risk from Communist expansionism.
You can find images of German flags online at the Maps of World website. Once on the page, click on "Map of Germany" and scroll down to view the German flags.
There is debate among historians as to how Hitler killed himself, but the general view is that he shot himself in the head with his Walther pistol and that he took a cyanide poison pill. Hitler died on 30 April 1945, in his underground bunker in Berlin in Germany.
First Hitler was not Jewish (there are rumors that his grandmother was). Hitler was born in 1889 as a fourth child to a successful Austrian customs officer. At the age of fourteen his father died and at the same time he dropped out of school. Four years later Hitler left for Vienna. In Vienna Hitler soaked up extreme German nationalism which was strong in Vienna (even though it was in Austria). These extremists strongly believed in a union with the Germans and a violent expulsion of the "inferior" races. Hitler was impressed wit the mayor of Vienna and his anti liberalism and anti capitalism. From Lueger and others Hitler absorbed much antisemitism, racism and hatred for the Slavs. He wanted to destroy the Jews because of his distorted view of Social Darwinism (survival of the fittest), believing that with the destruction of the inferior races he insures the survival of the German race. Another reason for his hatred were his anti capitalist and anti liberalism views. He claimed that the Jews directed an international conspiracy of finance capitalism and Marxist Socialism against German culture, German unity, and German race. When Germany lost World War I, heartbroken, he claimed that the Jews had stabed Germany in the back. He promised to fight back...the Allies and the jews. Hitler believed in the "Aryan race" which was a German superiority of the rest of the world. He believed that the Jews, the Slavs and many others would make the German race impure.
