In 1956, Helen was born in Farimout, New Jersey. She was constantly mocked by her teacher and sent to military school and age fouteen. (Yes, they have military schools for women.) Helen was released eight years later and joined the military. She died by picking up a "dud" hand grenade. Turns out it wasn't a dud. Helen Smith's contribution to the world was removing herself from the gene pool before she ever had children.
