∙ 9y agoThe tactics of William were amazing he broke through the wall of shields. That's the reason why he won. Also, Harold's army was tired from all the fighting they have been doing.
And also he won the battle because William pretended to retreat and Harold's team came down the hill so William turned around and shot Harold in the eye.
