Wu Di began the Silk Road. Which was a trade route for Silk. With this, came Wu Di combining the Yellow River and Chang'an. Two main trade routes. This allowed idea's to spread, and goods to spread. Also, it allowed China to gain money by selling their products to other places by these trade routes.
