Any block gang from anywhere can turn into an offical Crip set in the Crip Alliance as long as an O.G. from an original Crip set with ties to California Crips puts them on. The same thing goes for any block gang that wants to turn Blood.
The reason u have to have ties to Crips and or Bloods to become an official Crip and or Blood set outside of Cali is because California is the motherland of the Bloods and Crips.
