If the question means to ask about Israelis (the current citizens of Israel) and Palestinians, then the answer is relatively simple. Each war between Israel and Palestine has further estranged the relationships of its populations with the other. Typically, these wars have garnered more international support for Palestine, since it appears to be the underdog.
