Answers.com sucks. Doesn't matter the question, it's almost always a complete joke.
And since it always comes up on the first page of Google search for any question, Google also sucks.

Can you induce lactation at age 46?
Yes you can. Inducing lactation is not age dependent. Even if a woman is into menopause, lactation can be started. It only takes a desire and a level of dedication and patience to make this happen. Remember, the purpose of breasts is to make milk. That is what they are designed for and with the proper effort this can happen for you.

How make yourself lactate without getting pregnant?
every woman who is self-confident, in good mental health, and whose breasts are physically sound can induce lactation and breast feed. Lactation, whether induced or postpartum, is not dependent on any of the sexual organs, rather it is the result of a positive mental attitude, physical stimulation of the breasts, and brain chemistry. This is true for women who have never been pregnant, as well as women who are post-hysterectomy or post-oophorectomy. For most women, the ability to lactate and breast feed typically begins in the teen years, and extends well past the child bearing years. Even though nipple and breast stimulation often cause sexual arousal, the mammary system functions independently of the reproductive organs, making it possible to induce lactation and breast feed without having been pregnant. The quality of milk and the physical means by which a woman lactates, after having artificially induced lactation, is identical to postpartum lactation with the exception of the production of colostrum. Colostrum, which is normally produced for the first few days postpartum, is not produced during the process of induced lactation or relactation. Physical techniques of suckling, methods of increasing lactation, and care of the breasts are the same for induced lactation as it is for postpartum lactation. The only differences between induced lactation and postpartum lactation is the method by which the essential milk producing hormones are stimulated into production and the lack of colostrum.... http://stargatelibraries.com/PossibleToInduce.html
What are causes of breast leaking?
The most obvious answer is lactation, but I think you figured that out. Yes, lactation is a sign of pregnancy, but not usually until the third trimester. More likely than not, it isn't lactation (well, not REALLY...) it's just fluid leaking from your breasts from nipple stimulation. As long as it is in small amounts, you should be fine. But just in case, go get a home pregnancy test.

What makes your breasts grow?
There are two reasons for breasts to grow: 1. (Men or Women) You are eating a large amount of pie or any other type of fatty food and it is going straight to your Babylon's. 2. (Women) When you get pregnant at some points your breasts will increase in size, this is due to the milk that is created within. This is known as lactation. . . Courtesy of Stewart NigNog Brown

How do boys with breasts make the breasts grow?
Either eating a lot and not taking care of their body, or loading up on protein and working their pectorals on special gym equipment. =============================================================== Or estrogen. I learned in Biology that theyre sometimes born with a syndrome that causes males to grow breasts, not very big, but they grow.
Is it normal to lactate while not pregnant?
Well, it is not normal unless you or some one else is playing with or sucking on your breasts, which would stimulate hormones that start lactation. In this case, your body has been tricked into thinking it needs to produce milk for feeding. My suggestion is to refrain from touching your breasts for two weeks unless actually necessary.

Can you be pregnant if you don't have sore breasts?
I don't see why not, some women or most women may be more sensitive then yourself so that could cause them to have pain and not you. The pain is because your breasts are preparing for lactation, but if you think you may be pregnant take a pregnancy test or go to see a doctor because every woman's pregnancy is different and you may just not have that symptom.

You are five months pregnant it is your first baby but from few days you found that one or two drops of water are coming out from your breast in night is this ok?
Yes, there is a clear sometimes whitish fluid that may leak out during the 2nd-3rd trimesters of your pregnancy. There are a few reasons to why this is happening. Your hormones are preparing for breast lactation, Milk ducts grow & Montgomery glads show causing your breast to leak during pregnancy. With the onset of your first pregnancy, your breasts get lots of orders & the placenta stimulates your body to produce hormones (estrogen and progesterone) that prepare your breasts for lactation. No need to worry.
