If you mean the Eurovision song contest, then it is basically a European tv show that is on once a year, around march-may time. Countrys in Europe vote for three countries they want to give points to (8pnts, 10pnts or 12pnts) but they usually don't vote for the song, its mainly about which countries like one another. :| that's why England doesnt usually get the vote

It started the year the vote started! ~N/A
In the year 1918, was the year women to be elected to Parliament. Ten years later, Representation of the People Act granted women the right to vote.
It varies. In certain societies women were the only people allowed to vote.
people should vote when they are 18 year they should be about almost 18 to when it is time to vote
In the U.S., the voting population is around 240 million eligible voters, which includes citizens over 18 years old who are not disqualified due to certain legal reasons. However, the actual number of people who vote in elections can vary from year to year based on voter turnout.
18 year olds got the vote in the UK in 1969 with the passing of the Representation of the People Act 1969. It came into effect for the 1970 general election.
In Ancient Greece, citizens were allowed to vote for their leader (but only men were considered citizens. women were not allowed to vote until 1918 and only at 30 years of age).
I think most likely 190 million people will vote in the year 2008 because this is a very big election that can change America for a long time or probably forever.
