The Arab-Israeli Conflict is a product of the 19th, 20th, and 21st centuries and has nothing to do with Ancient Civilizations. The Jews did not exist as an ethno-religious group until around 1000 B.C.E. and the Arabs did not have strong political organizations until the Rise of Islam in the 600s and 700s C.E. Therefore, even if there were nationalist confrontations between the two groups (which there weren't as Jews were rather supportive of Arab government in that period) that would have been long after the "Early Civilizations" had long disappeared.

How did conflict and cooperation within early civilizations relate to the use of resources?

Conflict and cooperation within early civilizations were closely tied to resource management, as access to vital resources like water, arable land, and trade routes often dictated power dynamics.
