Mostly the Danes did not escape the Germans. They continued to live in Denmark under German occupation until the war ended, when the Germans left.
A few were able to go by boat to Sweden or England.
Although the Nazis occupied Denmark from April 9, 1940, to the Axis surrender in 1945, the country had a successful resistance, and managed to keep its Jews from being sent to concentration camps. In 2003, the Danish prime minister called Denmark's cooperation with the Nazi's 'Unjustifiable.'
They hid the Jews from Hitler because he started the Holacaust. Which meant killing the Jews because of there religion.

Well, no. Danish Jews were not required to leave their homes. What most would credit them with is helping with the evacuation of the Danish Jews in 1943.
Hitler's plans to conquer Denmark were done by deceit and surprise. Even though word of its impending doom leaked out Danish officials did not believe them. The plans were done with meticulous care and on April 9, 1940, the German envoys awakened officials in Copenhagen at precisely 4: 20 AM Danish time zone, and given an ultimatum. It required that at once with no resistance, to accept the fact that Denmark would become under the protection of the Third Reich. According to "official " reports, Germany had come to protect Denmark from an assault by France and England. The Danish King and his ministers at once agreed to the German occupation. To fight as Norway chose to do would have been hopeless. Only Danish General Pryor begged to be allowed to fight the Germans. This of course never happened and rightly so as the Germans would simply bomb Denmark to bits.
They resisted by making underground resistance and sabotaging the nazis
Hitler thought it was very easy.
Denmark and Norway.or Norway and denmark
I am not sure what you mean. At the present time it is very easy to resist Hitler, who died in 1945 and is not very influential in the 21st century. But perhaps you personally find it hard to resist him. Or perhaps what you are really asking is why Hitler had so much power in his lifetime, in the first half of the 20th century, when his armies rolled irresistibly across Europe. If that is what you are asking, Hitler had the most technologically advanced military of his time, and knew how to use tanks and aircraft to his advantage. His opponents just did not understand military realities as well as he did. ^omg. :o they are asking.. when hitler was around, why was it hard for everyone to resist him? seriously, not hard to read. ><
The Nazis were only able to kill 52 out of 8000 Denmark Jews. This was because the Denmark government sent them to Neutral Sweden.
