Well Since the Year 1949 the Israeli Government has had a Policy of Intensive recuperation and Irrigation of the Negev Desert.
Though the Desert is golden Dust the Greenage of he Country is due to the above issue.
Moreover the Farmers and Agricutarilists of Israel were also ingenious in using rheir Knowledge of the Land to further the Government direcive that goes on tihis very day,
By the way Jordan and Saudi Arabia are also implementing the desert issue of greenage. as well in conjuction with the United ARAB emirates.
